
DIY Hire Collection
How it Works
We have an ever growing collection of props and venue decor which is also available to hire on a DIY basis if you're planning to set your wedding venue up yourselves. Our collection includes a range of decor across tableware, candlesticks, candle holders, vases, vessels, signage holders, arches, card boxes, and larger props. Send us an enquiry form to request more information on our collection.
Our DIY hire service has a £450 minimum spend and is available to book from 6 months before your wedding date. A 20% non refundable booking fee is due to reserve the items, with the final balance due one month before your date. A refundable security deposit of £200 is also required on payment of your final balance. This is refunded on safe return of all items. Any broken or missing items will incur a fee in line with our replacement costs which we will send you with your quotation.
The hire period runs from the day before, until the day after your event. You will need to collect from, and return the items, to our base in Bridgend, delivery is not available on this service. Collection/return times will be booked once the final balance is paid. Please note we do not hire any linens (runners/napkins/chair drapes) on a DIY basis.
All hire prices are for each individual item, and include any cleaning fees. Send us an enquiry form with your wedding details, and if we have availability, we will send you a link to browse the collection. Once you have selected the items you like we can then send you a bespoke quotation.








Claire was great from start to finish when hiring some decor items for our wedding. She was so helpful, understanding and professional. She was very accommodating when deciding pick up/drop off times, she even went the extra mile to source some LED candles for us! We would definitely recommend this little gem of a business.
